Depending on the level of management you would like to delegate to Billing France, we provide a number of options for the management of your member zone. From our all-inclusive turnkey solution to your in-house management of your user’s details, Billing France has the solution for your site.
Turnkey Solution
With this option Billing France takes care of everything as we install our login system directly on your website. Once this is done, access to the members zone is managed directly by Billing France.
It's an all inclusive solution which negates the need for the seller to manage client details (logging new member access, stopping access, recurring billing, cancelling recurring billing), all the while ensuring a secure login system. All the seller has to do is configure their products in the online seller interface and then place a simple link towards the Billing France payment form on their website. It's a quick and simple all-in-one solution.
Seller managed Login
This solution addresses the seller who wishes to control the login to the member zone on their website. This could be because the site is hosted on a windows server (incompatible with our turnkey login system) or because the site already has its own login system (database, sessions etc.).
In this case, Billing France pre-generates pairs « login/password » which are attributed to clients as transactions are made. We then provide a file containing the pairs which is installed in the login system of each site. The client login system checks these logins and passwords and when they match the user will be allowed to access to the member section of the site.
When the number of non-attributed pairs is running low, we are automatically alerted and will create a new list of pairs for the seller to insert in his login system. The management of client logins stays with Billing France. Nonetheless, so that the Billing France servers can remotely stop expired client memberships, a deactivation script must be made available by the seller to Billing France.
Management of external login details
This option is appropriate if the seller already manages or wishes to manage his own client login details (for example, letting the client choose a login and password).
This allows the seller to freely attribute logins and passwords to their clients. In this instance, the seller must manage the deactivation of recurring subscriptions by using the API provided by Billing France.
